Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS 

ActiCool offers free returns on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, and has all original tags attached, within 30 days of placing your order.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of their reception in our warehouse. All refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be confirmed via email notification. All refunds are subject to processing times determined by the bank or payment institution by which payment was issued.

ActiCool does not refund shipping costs from initial order, only the products themselves receive a refund once returned.

ActiCool is not responsible for the cost of any returns sent through other means than the provided pre-paid return label.

For returns outside the US and Canada, please contact customer service.

We offer FREE returns to United States and Canadian customers.

If you are shopping from outside these countries, you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

The return package must be marked as a return for identification and must be trackable.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the item of your choice.

FINAL SALES

All items purchased with the "Final Sale" tag cannot be returned or exchanged. Undergarments are final sale due to hygienic purposes.
